1. Company Information

SyQon is an e-commerce platform operated by SyQon, offering digital software products related to photo editing and artificial intelligence tools.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on syqon.it by both individuals and legal entities.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

These terms apply to the exclusion of any other conditions unless explicitly agreed in writing by the Company.

3. Products and Services

SyQon sells digital software products, including photo editing tools and AI-based solutions. All products are delivered in digital format, either via:

  • Direct download
  • Online access
  • Or user account access

Delivery is typically immediate after successful payment. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compatibility of the digital products with their devices and operating systems before purchasing.

4. Prices

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.

Prices may change at any time due to promotions, software updates, or market conditions. However, the price applied to an order will always be the one displayed on the website at the exact time of purchase.

5. Orders

Customers must provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout. Once an order is confirmed and processed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible due to the instant delivery of digital products.

6. Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely via our integrated third-party platforms:

  • PayPal
  • Credit or debit cards (via Stripe)

SyQon does not store, process, or have access to customers’ full financial or payment card details.

7. Order Confirmation and Invoicing

After purchase, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing the order details, instructions for access or download, and the transaction invoice (if applicable).

8. Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly or within a short timeframe after payment. If delivery issues occur or if a link is not received, customers are encouraged to contact support immediately.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

By purchasing digital content and receiving immediate access, the Customer expressly agrees to waive the right of withdrawal, as provided by European Union consumer protection laws for digital goods once download or delivery has initiated.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not automatically granted once access or download links have been provided. However, SyQon is committed to customer satisfaction and may issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Proven technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team
  • Product not matching its description

Each request is reviewed individually. Customers are encouraged to contact support before submitting a refund or chargeback request.

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree not to:

  • Misuse the software or attempt to reverse engineer it
  • Distribute, resell, or share the product license key without authorization
  • Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during purchase

13. Limitation of Liability

SyQon is not liable for:

  • Misuse or improper installation of the software by the user
  • Incompatibility with user systems not disclosed before purchase
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the product

14. Modifications

SyQon reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published directly on the website.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable European Union and national laws.
